It is more and more frequent that we address skin care as the warmer weather approaches. In the next couple of months, we will reach record highs and in this area, we are troubled by drought on a yearly basis. So, here are a couple of reminders for your outdoor adventures.

- Always use a high number sunscreen 35 or 50 is recommended
- Use a hat and longer sleeve lightweight material for long exposure to the sun. Long exposure would be anything over 20 minutes direct sun.
- Make sure you carry water with you. I recommend this even when travelling by car. Although there is a good level of sun exposure to increase your natural Vitamin D levels, do not over do it.
You really want to avoid heat exhaustion. Be safe and have a great summer!
