This month has brought a new season of reminders for our clients care as well as for ourselves. One such reminder is for the flu vaccine, if you choose to vaccinate for this flu season make sure you get this completed as soon as possible as most are covered by insurance at no cost to you.

Secondly, is the changing climate. We know how fast the weather can change here in Idaho, but it is of utmost importance that appropriate clothing choices are being made. This includes carrying a light jacket during the day and warmer clothing for evening appointments.

Another good idea is to carry a bottle of water with you to appointments or on walks with a friend or caregiver. The weather is delightful if you can get past the quick breeze.  In effort to continue with healthy living remember to drink plenty of water each day as this helps in many ways to keep poor health issues at bay.

I need to also include here a reminder for all appointments that require our services for transportation, these appointments must be scheduled through the office, and the sooner the better, so that we do not create a conflict of services for other clients.
