It has been a crazy month already as we are moving forward with a major change to our documentation and verification processes for the State of Idaho licensing requirements.

We are learning a new program that allows for all documentation to be submitted electronically with GPS verification and mobile app functions. This is creating some distress with our clients that are like myself and prefer a paper copy. Let me reassure you and our clients that we will continue to provide a paper copy as the program gets up and running.

This program will not only allow us to limit the paper trail in a literal sense, it will also allow the family to see the clients notes and daily routines in real time. We believe this will be a great asset to our clients as they communicate with family about their cares.
